Most local businesses don’t need an AI strategy. They need one thing handled well. The phone that rings during the rush. The catering call that goes to voicemail.
I install AI systems the way a good tradesperson installs anything: scoped tightly, tested before go-live, and maintained after. Answering is where I start, because it’s where the missed money is most obvious, and because it’s the hardest thing to do carelessly and get away with.
My background is in cybersecurity, which is another way of saying I’m paid to imagine what goes wrong before it does. That’s the posture this company is built on. I run every install personally, from metro Detroit, anywhere a phone line reaches.
