Safety

AI you can put on your phone line
without flinching.

An answering assistant speaks to your customers with your name on it. That’s not a place for move-fast-and-break-things. These rules ship with every install. They aren’t settings; they’re the product.

House rules

  1. 01

It always says what it is.

Every call opens the same way: “Hi, you’ve reached [your business]’s answering assistant.” No pretending to be human, ever. Callers who’d rather not talk to it get a text with your info instead.

  2. 02

    Emergencies reach a person. Immediately.

A fire, a gas smell, a medical problem: never handled by the assistant. It routes the caller to a live line or to 911, by rule, every time.

  3. 03

It never quotes prices or makes promises.

It captures and routes. No prices, no availability guarantees, no exceptions negotiated at 7 PM on a Friday. The commitments stay with you.

  4. 04

It only knows what you approved.

It answers from a fact sheet you sign off on before go-live. If it isn’t on the sheet, the answer is a message taken, not a guess made.

  5. 05

    Your calls are your property.

Every recording, transcript, and log belongs to your business, furnished weekly. We read them to keep quality up; you keep them, period.
